Check order status
Use the order number from your confirmation email to search your order. If prompted, enter the email address used when placing the order.
What the status updates mean
- Order Received — We have your order and are preparing it for production.
- Proof Sent / Proof Approved — A digital proof was sent; production starts after you approve.
- In Production — Your order is being printed and processed.
- Shipped — Carrier has picked up your package; tracking number is provided.
- Delivered — Carrier shows the package as delivered.
If tracking shows "Label Created" but no scans
This indicates a label was created but the carrier has not scanned the package yet. Allow 24–72 hours for the first scan.
If you don't see tracking or the order isn't found
- Confirm the order number and email address you entered.
- Check your confirmation email and spam folder for the shipping update.
