If support asked you to send artwork, use the File Uploader and include the product, finished size, order reference, and a clear filename. If the layout is not ready, open the free Design Studio with over 10,000 shared predesigned templates, or review the design assistance pages before uploading repeated drafts. The Design Studio is also available for broker sites, and more templates can be added by request for broker niches. The QR generator creates a downloadable code, but you should test the final destination on more than one phone before placing it into printed artwork.

The Online Payment link is for an existing order or payment request. Verify the order number, customer details, and amount before entering payment information. The discount page explains current offers and limitations. A code shown on an older email or outside website may be expired, restricted to certain products, or limited by a maximum discount.

Some downloadable product templates are hosted on the related 55printing storefront because that is where the live product configuration and checkout occur. Check the domain and confirm that a template matches the exact size and option selected on the order form. A template helps with dimensions, but it does not replace proofreading, image-resolution review, bleed, or safe-zone checks.

For a request that does not fit an existing product, use the contact page. Describe the finished piece, quantity, material, delivery destination, needed date, and artwork status. That information helps support determine whether a custom route is available.

Check the destination before entering information

55Prints guidance can link to 55printing.com for live product configuration, payment, order status, or templates. That domain handoff is intentional, but it should never be hidden. Read the browser address before entering an order number, email, address, or payment detail. A legitimate tracking form does not need your payment card number or account password.

Use the QR generator as a file-creation tool, not proof that the code is ready to print. Test the downloaded code against the final destination on at least two phones, leave a clear quiet zone around it, and print a size sample before committing to a full run. A changed or blocked destination can make a technically valid code useless.

Tool availability and offer eligibility can change. A link is not a promise that a service is free, that a sample is available, or that a particular deadline can be met. Confirm the current scope at the linked destination or with support before relying on it.
