Processing time (production) varies by product and options. Shipping transit time depends on the carrier and service selected. Shipping options and estimated delivery are shown at checkout.
Tracking & notifications
- We provide tracking for all shipped orders and email tracking once the label is created.
- If tracking shows "Label Created" but no scans, allow 24–72 hours for the carrier's first scan.
- If tracking is missing, confirm the email and order number or check spam/promotions folder for our shipping email.
Domestic shipping (U.S.) — typical transit times
- Economy / Standard: 3–7 business days after production
- Expedited: 2–3 business days after production
- Overnight: Next-business-day transit where available (cutoffs apply)
Transit times vary by carrier, selected service, and destination. Shipping time is in addition to production.
International shipping
- Delivery times depend on destination and customs processing (typically 7–21 business days).
- Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees unless otherwise stated.
- Some products may be restricted or delayed by customs in the destination country.
Shipping costs & free shipping promotions
Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, and speed. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when the order qualifies — thresholds and eligible products are shown on promotional pages or at checkout.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is damaged or appears lost, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and the tracking number. We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a reprint or refund when the claim is validated.
Address changes & delivery instructions
- Verify your shipping address at checkout. Address changes are allowed only before the order ships.
- For urgent corrections after shipping, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number and notify our support team immediately.

Standard business days: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (local time). Order cutoff times for same-day label creation or overnight shipping vary by product and production status — check the product page or contact support for exact cutoffs.
