What to include with the upload

Use the order number or support reference whenever one is available. Also identify the product, finished size, quantity, and whether the file represents the front, back, inside, outside, or another version. If you send several files, use clear filenames instead of names such as final2 or newest. A filename like Smith-Roofing-Postcard-Front-6x9.pdf gives support useful context.

PDF is often the preferred format for a completed print layout because it can preserve fonts and placement. High-resolution PNG, JPG, TIFF, EPS, or design source files may be useful when support specifically requests them. Do not upload passwords, payment card information, unrelated personal records, or files you do not have permission to reproduce.

Before sending a print-ready file

Confirm that the document matches the selected finished size and orientation. Extend backgrounds beyond the trim when the product requires bleed, and keep important text, logos, and QR codes inside the safe area. Inspect images at the size they will print. A small image copied from a website may look clear on screen but become soft or pixelated in production.

Uploading a file does not place an order, approve a proof, or start production. Support must be able to identify the request and confirm the next step. If the upload control reports an error, do not send the same large file repeatedly.
