What file types do you accept?

We accept high-resolution PDF (preferred), EPS, AI (outlined fonts), TIFF, and high-quality JPG. PDF/X-1a is ideal. Please provide files at 300 DPI and include bleed where needed.

What is bleed and why do I need it?

Bleed is an extra 0.125" (3 mm) area beyond the final trim that ensures artwork prints to the edge without white borders. Extend backgrounds and images to the bleed area.

Can I get a proof before printing?

Yes. Every custom order receives a free digital proof. Review the proof carefully and request adjustments before approving. Production begins only after your approval.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal (and any other configured processors). Payments are processed securely at checkout.

How long until my order ships?

Production time depends on the product and options. Examples: business cards 1–3 business days, flyers 2–4 business days. Shipping is additional and depends on the carrier and service selected. Exact times appear on product pages and at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping options are available at checkout. Customers are responsible for local customs, duties and import taxes. Delivery times vary by destination.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will investigate and arrange a reprint or refund for verified production or shipping errors.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled before proof approval or before production begins. After proof approval and production start, changes are not guaranteed — contact support immediately to check options.

Can you match a specific color?

We do our best, but perfect color matching isn’t guaranteed across different substrates and devices. For certain products, Pantone spot color matching may be available — contact support for details.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production is available on many products for an additional fee. Select rush options where available at checkout or contact support to confirm availability and cutoffs.
