For all our custom envelope printing, we exclusively use 70 lb. Opaque Smooth White paper. This premium stock is bright white, exceptionally smooth, uncoated, and fully compatible with both Laser and Inkjet printers, making it ideal for professional and personal use.

We offer flexible full-color printing options for your personalized envelopes: you can choose between Full Color Front (Outside Only) for a classic look, or Full Color Both Sides (Outside & Inside) to maximize your branding and design impact. Blank envelopes are also available if you prefer to print them yourself.

Absolutely! Our advanced printing process allows for complete customization. Your full-color custom envelopes are printed flat with full bleed, then precisely cut, converted, and glued. This enables you to design both the inside and outside, including full-color flaps and panels, for a truly unique and impactful presentation.

Yes, for optimal results with our 70 lb. Opaque Smooth White paper, we generally recommend using lighter colors in your custom envelope designs. Dark, high-density colors (such as solid blacks, deep purples, dark blues, or rich browns) may sometimes soak into the paper more, potentially leading to offsetting or a less crisp finish. Lighter hues tend to produce the best and most vibrant results.

To ensure the highest quality for your printed envelopes, please adhere to these file setup requirements: your artwork should have a 0.125" bleed on all sides, a high resolution of 350 DPI, and be in CMYK color mode. We strongly recommend using our downloadable templates to guarantee correct dimensions, proper bleed, and to accurately identify "No Ink Zones" where glue will be applied, preventing any printing issues.

We accept a wide array of standard file formats for your custom envelope designs, including TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF. Please ensure your individual file uploads do not exceed 75MB.

We offer two convenient proofing options for your custom envelope order: an Instant Online Proof for immediate visual confirmation, or a Manually Processed PDF Proof. The PDF proof is carefully prepared by our team and provided within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after we review your files, offering an extra layer of assurance before printing.
