  • Bleed Area: 0.125" (3mm) on all sides for edge-to-edge designs.
  • Safe Zone: Keep all critical text and images 0.25" from the trim edge.
  • Color Mode: CMYK for accurate color reproduction.
  • File Format: PDF (preferred), AI, or high-res PNG/JPEG.
  • Mailing Indicia: Leave space for the EDDM® indicia if you plan to apply it yourself.
