What is the PAY LATER option standing for?
On top of offering free services, like Free QR Code creation, Free design Proofs, Free Design Setup, Free Design Edits, Free full design creation… We also offer what we call the PAY LATER option.
For easy ordering, customer convenience or just for new customer wishing to interact with us before paying and processing a credit card or payment (Paypal, debit/credit cards, stripe, and others), we allow customers to complete the order without processing a payment, so we can start working on art review, and file preparation for printing, up until we are ready for printing without requesting a dime from our customers.
Once the customer approved the design art proofs, and the art is ready for printing, then this is the time where the customer is required to process a payment in many different ways and options.
This allows a smooth and convenient checkout and printing order processing system that we are proud to be among the only ones in the world to offer it.
How can we afford to offer FREE design services?
55prints.com recently (2023) recognized the importance of integrating AI (Artificial intelligence) into our workflow, to create new, advanced and faster apps to help us develop images, designs and anything needed to process a fully functional new design. This has leveraged our production speed, and lower our graphic design costs for producing new art.
The savings and faster speeds, are so great, that we are willing to pass on these advances and savings to our customers by providing a FREE solution and tools for their graphic design needs.
We also offer PAID graphic design services for a higher detailed design development, for more robust or complicated tasks. But, for most of our customers, free design option is completely an option that will resolve their needs without breaking the pucker paying for expensive graphic designers.
How can 55prints offer so low pricing for printing products?
We leverage a few of the most economical and top-quality printing machinery in the market. Among the best and faster offset press and digital copying printing machines, are being used for daily printing.
For the high volume (same design not variable data design printing) offset printing, we leverage the power of accumulating many printing jobs into a single print sheet, this allows us to split the setup price of the entire print process among at least 4 to 12 different jobs. This reduces operational costs significantly compared with local shops that needs to run the entire print setup process for each order they receive.
Having a high-volume clientele allow us to collect and print daily, saving in time and costs for setup, then passing on these savings and faster printing turnaround to the customers.
For digital printing, we are proud to have the best KONIKA Minolta digital printer machines and color copy systems that allow us to produce TOP QUALITY digital printing for the lowest cost possible in the market. Digital printing is faster, easier to setup and cheaper for lower quantities printing.
For variable data printing, like forms, documents, flyers with different names, addresses and other variable data, the digital printing services is just the best option available in the print market.
Having such a high color copy printing volume, allow us to sign a provider’s contract through Konika Minolta, to be provided with the best, fastest and most affordable machinery in the market for color copy printing services. We also leverage with the high-volume printing to get huge toner, ink and supplies for lower costs.
Where is 55prints printing warehouses located?
After pandemic events, we moved to only offer online services for design and printing shipped to the customers door.
We are now processing orders from key points all around USA for faster access to all of our best current markets. For example, we have warehouses in California, Rhode Island, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and NY. This allow us to select which is the closest location for each order and process it on the warehouse closer to the customer for faster and shorter shipping transit time.
For digital printing (mostly short-runs) like color copies, NCR forms (receipt books), regular posters among others, are printed and shipped from our facility in Rhode Island.
